The All Ireland Social Prescribing Network Conference, titled Connecting Communities, North & South: Building Momentum for Social Prescribing, will take place on Thursday & Friday, 11th & 12th of June 2026. Join us as we demonstrate progress and lay the foundations for the future!
Connecting Communities North and South will bring practitioners, service planners, academics and beneficiaries together to explore the many positives and current challenges and identify practical, actionable solutions to support the continued advancement of Social Prescribing, with a focus on evaluation methods and tools, programme evidence, cost-effectiveness, and social return on investment.
